We are seeking an accomplished Manufacturing Manager to lead our CNC machining operations at
our , sq. ft. advanced manufacturing facility in Toronto. This is more than a supervisory role,
it’s a leadership opportunity for someone who thrives on driving performance, building high functioning teams, and delivering complex machined components to some of the most demanding
industries in the world.
Your Mission
As the Manufacturing Manager, you will oversee the strategic and day-to-day operations of our
machining department. You’ll ensure precision, from scheduling to execution, and foster a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and accountability. You’ll collaborate across departments, guide your team’s development, and implement processes that make our operations stronger, leaner, and more effective.
What You Bring
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in manufacturing, with a strong preference
- for CNC machining environments.
- Expertise in production scheduling, workflow optimization, and shop-floor operations.
- Demonstrated success in managing teams, building training programs, and fostering
- Strong working knowledge of safety, compliance, and quality systems; AS0, ISO1,
- or NADCAP experience is an asset.
- Confident decision-making skills, strong conflict resolution, and clear communication at
- all levels.
- Technical aptitude with hands-on knowledge of machine tools, precision measuring,
- and machining practices.
- A mindset of continuous improvement, backed by the ability to analyze data, implement
- changes, and lead with purpose.
