Youll work closely with our Regional Warehouse Manager and leadership team to maintain and improve programs related toOccupational Health & Safety (OHS) Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and Transportation Safety. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a real impact on workplace safety and operational excellence.

What Youll Do

As a Safety & Compliance Officer you will:

• Lead Safety Initiatives Develop and implement proactive strategies to ensure a safe work environment.
• Ensure Compliance Oversee adherence to OHS GDP and transportation regulations.
• Conduct Audits & Inspections Perform monthly safety inspections COR audits and GDP checks.
• Investigate & Report Manage incident investigations WCB claims and compliance documentation.
• Train & Support Teams Deliver safety and food safety training and support drivers with log compliance.

What Were Looking For

• Experience:Background in Safety GDP and/or Transportation compliance.
• Education:OHS Certification is a strong asset.
• Skills:Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication (verbal & written). Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Mindset:Solution-oriented proactive and committed to continuous improvement.

Wage:$58000 - $60000 Annual Salary based on experience
