Job descriptionBuild and sustain long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers within your assigned sales territory. Generate leads and conduct market potential research to create quote opportunities. Prepare and present quotations to customers effectively. Utilize all available resources to reach out to prospects and convert them into customers. Maintain an accurate record of all leads, customer accounts, and sales. Negotiate strategically with potential and existing customers to close sales. Adhere to all company procedures, values, and policies to represent the company accurately. Stay on top of industry trends to identify potential opportunities for company growth. Continuously meet or exceed sales targets by selling company products to new and existing customers. Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience. Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is an asset. Strong computer skills and proficiency in spreadsheet software. Self-motivated and comfortable working independently. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills. Proven sales and customer service experience. Proficient in math, with the ability to take measurements and read drawings. Knowledge of manufacturing processes is an asset. Flexible schedule and willingness to travel within the prescribed territory. Candidates must be fluent in French speaking and writing, as this role serves customers in both languages. Must reside in Ontario or have an Ontario address.
