Parts Clerk Sales Representative

Our client, a distributor of recreational vehicles and accessories, is seeking a parts clerk for their service center located in Chateauguay.Work location: Châteauguay, on-siteSalary between $17 and $25 depending on experienceFull group insurance after 3 monthsSchedule: Monday to Saturday (rotating Saturdays and evenings: Thursday and Friday)Responsibilities and tasks: - Provide excellent customer service- Demonstrate a constant commitment to meeting customer needs- Be able to handle customers who are concerned or uncertain about their purchases, either in person or over the phone- Be informed of upcoming promotions, specials, and events in the store- Order parts as quickly as possible from authorized suppliers- Manage returns and warranties- Stock shelves and displays- Manage inventory and all other related tasks (cleaning, restocking, merchandising, inventory)Requirements:- Knowledge of the recreational/boating industry is an asset- Experience with microfiche research is an important asset- Ability to work as part of a team with minimal supervision to accomplish daily tasks, have good interpersonal skills and provide impeccable customer service- Experience in a comparable parts position is an asset
