Position Overview

The Content Creator will be responsible for producing high-quality, consistent marketing content that supports Penfolds’ brand positioning, lead generation, and educational initiatives. This role works closely with the Marketing Specialist to execute the 2026 marketing strategy, ensuring all content aligns with brand voice, visual identity, and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce and manage content across multiple channels: website, social media, blogs, e-blasts, videos, e-books, and project stories.
• Repurpose content to maximize reach and engagement.
• Capture visual assets, including photography and drone footage.
• Edit and update existing content to ensure accuracy, brand alignment, SEO optimization, and SEO for AI content.
• Gather information and develop content through research, interviews, and collaboration with internal teams and clients.
• Assist with website updates, improvements, and content migration.
• Maintain brand consistency in tone, messaging, and visuals.
• Support campaigns for lead generation, client retention, and brand awareness.
• Assist in maintaining social media calendars, tracking trends, and reporting on analytics.

What you bring

• Minimum of 2 years of content creation experience, preferably in digital marketing for home services, construction, renewable energy, or related industries.
• Experience operating drones to capture video and photo content. A valid drone license is required.
• Strong storytelling, copywriting, and editorial skills for blogs, social media, emails, and educational content.
• Proficiency in graphic design and video production tools (Adobe Suite, Canva, Premiere, or similar).
• Willingness to visit construction sites as needed.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant content creation required.
• Ability or willingness to tow the Marketing trailer for trade shows (training can be provided if the candidate holds a driver’s license but lacks experience).

Preferred / Bonus Skills

• Experience with website content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, HubSpot, or Unbounce, including content editing and migration.
• Familiarity with educational or inbound marketing strategies.
