Tanima looking for a babysitter or nanny in Ajax

I have a large and very busy family with only daughter as a kid. my husband is a Marine engineer so he works on ships and is away 1 month and here the next. i need help and assistance with my daughter so i can manage my school. i need someone to be attentive to my daughter even though im home. i just need extra pair of hands from time to time.
