Requirements
- Minimum Level 2 General Insurance License
- 5 years of insurance experience
- Strong leadership background with experience leading a team
- Experience working in a contact centre environment is considered an asset

Contact Center metrics such as : average speed of answer service levels abandon rates etc.

What We Offer
The expected salary range for this position is $90000 to $120000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidates skills experience and working location as well as the specific positions business line scope and level. HUB International is proud to offer comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages which could include extended health benefits disability insurance RRSP matching paid-time-off benefits and eligible bonuses and commissions for some positions.
