About The Role :

We are seeking a friendly organized and professional Receptionist to be the face of Clutch. You will be responsible for welcoming guests managing appointments handling calls and ensuring smooth front desk operations.

What Youll Do :

• Greet and assist visitors in a warm and professional way
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Assist with managing scheduling and appointments
• Provide support with vehicle ownership documents key tagging and related tasks
• Support Administration to ensure all documents are prepared before customers arrive
• Maintain a tidy and organized front customer reception area
• Handle incoming mail and deliveries
• Support the team with other administrative tasks as needed
