Data Entry / Receptionist

Overview :

The Data Entry / Receptionist will play a key role in planning, scheduling, and coordinating material orders to meet production requirements. This role involves managing change order requests, ensuring external and internal customer satisfaction through professional communication, efficient order management, and prompt issue resolution. Additionally, the role requires maintaining accurate inventory data to support ongoing reporting and system integrity.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver professional, efficient, and timely service to customers.
• Manage order processes based on customer specifications and requirements.
• Schedule resources for ETO (Engineered-to-Order) orders based on lead times, shop loading, and inputs.
• Monitor and address issues in the Open Order Backlog report to ensure timely shipments.
• Enter and maintain orders in SAP with all required details.
• Collaborate closely with inside and outside sales teams and production department.
• Participate in weekly production meetings, providing job status updates and expediting inputs to keep projects on schedule.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels through careful planning and analysis.
• Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and handling administrative tasks.
