Estate Manager Trainee

We are currently seeking a dedicated and client-focused Estate Manager (Insolvency Administrator) to join a growing team. This role offers great earning potential with bonuses and plenty of opportunities for career growth.

As an Estate Manager, you will work directly with clients, guiding them through their debt relief options and ensuring they fully understand the solutions available. This position requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to provide empathetic and ethical service in line with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial client meetings, review appointments, and sign-up sessions, providing clear guidance on Consumer Proposals, bankruptcies, and other debt solutions.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with Licensed Insolvency Trustees, Client Support Specialists, Technicians, and other industry professionals.
• Deliver compassionate and knowledgeable service, ensuring clients feel supported and informed.
• Oversee the preparation and administration of insolvency filing documents.
• Maintain quality control, reviewing the work of Technicians and Administrative Clerks for accuracy and completeness.
• Train, coach, and mentor new team members.
• Ensure compliance with the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and other relevant regulations.

• Prior experience in insolvency, finance, or client services is an asset but not required

Hours:

Monday to Friday 11:00 - 7:00

Thursday - Monday 8:30-5:30 OR

Sunday - Thursday 8:30-5:30
