Construction Fast Food Project Supervisor

The ideal candidate will be responsible to manage a high end restaurant construction project:

• Work closely with estimating and site supervision to ensure accuracy of budgets, schedules, and project execution

• Monitor costs and time lines for projects to ensure successful completion

• Work closely with project owners and internal leadership on a day to day basis

• Negotiate trade contracts

• Lead site meetings for projects within your management responsibility

• All other duties as required

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• At least 2 to 3 years of experience working in a construction project management capacity with local market GC's

• Direct experience overseeing full cycle restaurant project construction, consisting of fit outs, renovations, additions and ground up new builds; excellent knowledge of high end finishes and M&E is required

• GSC, relevant education in engineering or construction management are assets

• Strong leadership, management and software application abilities

• Ability to establish and adhere to construction schedules

• Strong network of relevant local market trades

Salary will be commensurate with experience
