Industrial Mechanic -Millwright (Brampton)

Pay :  CA$40.00-CA$45.00 per hour

Job description :

Hour of Work -Monday - Thursday 7am to 4pm and Friday 7am - 3pm

Work Location : Brampton (Bramalea Rd and Steeles Ave East)

Job Duties :

Ensure optimal performance of equipment.

Respond to service calls quickly.

Identify and diagnose breakdowns, irregularities, and failures.

Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance.

Participate in continuous improvement projects.

Installation of electromechanical equipment.

Perform safety improvements on equipment.

Respect the standards of quality as well as health and safety at work.

Requirements :

A minimum of five (5) years of experience

Experience in mechanical troubleshooting

Pneumatics and hydraulics experience

Read and understand machine drawings, Blueprints

Ability to work independently as well as on a team to complete major projects.

Good English communication skills.

Flexibility to respond to emergency calls outside shift, if required.
