Development Manager

Location : Kelowna, BC

Salary : $95K–$120K

Seeking a Development Manager with experience in wood-frame, multi-family projects to manage planning, design coordination, budgeting, municipal approvals, and construction review.

Qualifications :

2–3 years in a Development Manager role
Minimum 2 years combined experience in planning, engineering, construction, and approvals
Post-secondary education related to development, construction, planning, or engineering
Able to coordinate with municipalities, consultants, architects, contractors, and utility companies
Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
Proficient with CAD, Adobe, Microsoft Project, Outlook, Excel, and Word
Skilled in budgeting, design development, and approvals
Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities
Team-oriented and reliable
