Senior Project Manager

MatchBox Consulting is on the hunt for a Senior Project Manager to work out of Kamloops , BC. This role requires someone with strong IPD (Integrated Project Delivery) experience. The ideal candidate will have delivered $60M+ institutional or commercial projects, preferably including work in healthcare, education, or civic facilities.

Responsibilities :

Lead all phases of project delivery from validation through closeout

Manage project startup activities including contracts, execution plans, and resource allocation

Oversee financials : budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and cost tracking

Drive schedule development and monitoring; chair meetings and track action items

Coordinate RFIs, submittals, site instructions, change orders, and documentation

Ensure safety, quality control, and risk management across the project

Support and mentor project teams; foster a culture of continuous improvement

Lead project closeout : turnover, training, inspections, and warranty management

Requirements :

5–10 years’ experience as a Project Manager on commercial, institutional, or industrial projects

Proven experience managing projects valued at $60M+

Strong IPD (Integrated Project Delivery) experience (required)

Experience across full project lifecycle : preconstruction to closeout

Knowledge of Lean principles and Last Planner® System (preferred)

Proficiency with Procore or similar construction management platforme

Degree, diploma, or 2-year certificate in a construction-related discipline
