What are your contributions to the team?
- Work jointly with different groups : Engineering, Project, Program, Material Logistics, Quality, as well as Productions.
- Manage projects in order to improve the Challenger 3500 & 650 platforms, the manufacturing processes, method procedures and the How to of the team.
- Give technical support for the assembly line of the Challengers.
- Read drawings and establish the work instructions and method documentation accordingly.
- Improve assembly process as well as incorporate changes initiated by the department of Engineering.
- Master the Problem-solving approach.
How to thrive in this role?
- You hold a mechanical Bachelor’s degree with three (3) years minimum of experience or the equivalent.
- You are familiar with the use of software’s such as : Windows, SAP, Catia / CDMA, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Project).
- You have knowledge in project management and technical skills in mechanical assembly.
- You must be organized and able to manage your own work time and demonstrate autonomy.
- You have good skills in team-work, flexibility and you are result oriented. You are comfortable with change.
- You are an excellent team player, are perseverant and have a good judgement.
- You have a perfect command of French, written and spoken and have a good knowledge of English.
