Our client is seeking a seasoned IT Business Analyst to lead the business analysis stream. The successful candidate will bring a strong track record in enterprise IT initiatives, hands‑on familiarity with contact center technologies, and the ability to translate complex stakeholder needs into clear, actionable requirements that drive delivery.

Your success will be defined by your ability to :

• Demonstrate a deep understanding of cloud and SaaS solution design, security, and operations
• Lead discovery and document end‑to‑end business requirements across diverse stakeholder groups
• Apply extensive IT project experience in a Business Analyst capacity across complex, multi‑team initiatives
• Operate confidently within Agile and Waterfall delivery frameworks and recommend the right approach for each workstream
• Communicate clearly and professionally, demonstrating excellent stakeholder engagement and customer service
• Bring practical experience with contact center technology projects and workflows
• Apply functional knowledge of telephony, IVR, workforce management (WFM), and CRM integrations
• Use Azure DevOps to capture requirements, manage work items, and track delivery progress
