We are looking for a proactive and detail‑orientedDigital Marketing Coordinatorto support our digital marketing activities and help streamline lead‑generation processes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with technology, analyzing campaign results, and helping improve the efficiency of sales and marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Advertising and PPC Support
- Assist in managing Google + Bing Ads accounts (search, display, remarketing).
- Monitor performance metrics, make basic bid / budget adjustments, and help improve campaign ROI.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor ad research.
- Draft and test ad copy and creative variations.
- Prepare weekly or monthly performance reports.
Marketing Operations & Automation
Build and maintainPower Automate workflowsto :
Capture website form leadsEnter leads into the CRM with proper field mappingTrigger internal notifications and follow‑up tasksTroubleshoot flow errors and optimize automation reliability.Maintain clean data within the CRM and help organize marketing-related fields and tags.Website & Content Support
Assist with website updates (landing pages, images, copy changes).Ensure landing pages align with current marketing campaigns.Support basic SEO tasks such as updating meta tags and alt text.Help create simple marketing assets using tools like Canva.Required Skills & Experience
Experience with Google / Bing Ads or PPC campaignsFamiliarity with Microsoft Power Automate or other workflow automation tools is an asset.Comfortable working with CRM softwareIntermediate skills in Canva or similar design tools.Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.Good written communication and ability to summarize data clearly.Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Excel.Nice-to-Have Skills
Bachelor Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field, with a focus on MarketingGoogle Analytics (GA4) experienceExperience with WordPress or other website editorsWorking knowledge of SEOExposure to B2B sales or technical industriesUnderstanding of paid social ads (Facebook / Instagram)What We Offer
