Key Responsibilities

CNC Operation : Setup and operate CNC milling, turning, and grinding machines.

Tooling Innovation : Utilize and optimize Quickset GT gang tool holders to maximize tool capacity and reduce cycle times.

Quality First : Use micrometers and calipers to maintain strict dimensional accuracy for our high-precision products.

G-Code & Blueprints : Interpret technical drawings and CAD / CAM files; adjust G-code to improve production efficiency.

Maintenance : Troubleshoot machine issues and perform routine equipment maintenance.

Qualifications

Certification : Red Seal Machinist (or international equivalent).

Experience : Proven CNC machining experience, specifically with lathes / turning.

Technical Skills : Strong understanding of G-code, tool setups, and precision measurement.

Attributes : Detail-oriented, safe, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Physical : Ability to stand for shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.
