Production Supervisor

One of our food processing clients is looking for a Production Supervisor for their operations in London , ON region.

Shift - Day and Afternoon rotation shift

Pay - $75K - $80K

Responsibilities :

Ensure adherence to best manufacturing practices on the production line.

Provide coaching, mentoring, and supervision for both new and existing staff.

Identify and rectify unsafe working conditions.

Maintain GMP housekeeping standards on the production line.

Take responsibility for the performance of the line and set a positive example for the team.

Be a proactive, hands-on leader on the production floor.

Requirements :

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Production Leadership role within the food manufacturing industry.

Demonstrated experience in coaching and mentoring teams in a manufacturing environment.

Ability to adapt to changes in processes and workflows.

Excellent communication skills for liaising with various departments, including technicians, maintenance leads, and process engineers.

Must successfully pass a criminal background check.
