Whatyou'lldo

• ManageFCC’snationalPhysicalSecurityprogram

• Strengthenfacilities and personnel security programs

• Support organizational risk management

• Develop employee learning tools and support officesto manage risksto employee safety

• Recommend strategic,technicaland tactical actions to management

• Recommend improvements based on best practices and stakeholder consultation

• Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to guide,troubleshootand modernize interconnected office systems

• Review and assess currentprocesses and practices; identify and prioritize gaps; and develop actionable solutions

• Support internal stakeholders in implementing improvements

Whatyou'llbring to the team

Requiredqualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in commerce,administrationor risk management

• Minimum five years of experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)

• Experience in project management

• Expertiseinintrusion alarms, emergency alerts, access control, CCTVmonitoringand integrated security operations

• Experienceas atechnology architect

• Knowledge of standard corporate software applications

Preferredqualifications

• PMPor CAPMcertification

• Experience coaching and mentoring peers(informal leadership)

• Security, Physical Security and Safety certification (for example PSP, CPP, etc.)

• Bilingualism (English and French)
