Class 1 Driver

Role

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Class 1 driver who is safety-focused and knowledgeable in the National Safety Code regulations for Commercial Motor Vehicles. The candidate must have time-management abilities, practice due diligence, and have a sense of accountability due to day-to-day working environment involving minimal direct supervision.

This is a pay per load position.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for transporting live chicken from farm locations to processing plants
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle such as condition of equipment
• Safety must come first daily
• On-time delivery

Requirements

Clean Commercial Driver’s Abstract printed within 30 days
