My client is seeking a Director of Workflow Engineering with deep technical capability and a strong analytical mindset. This is not a traditional legal‑industry operations role. We run a data‑driven practice, and we need someone who can design, refine, and scale operational systems with the help of software, automation, and performance analytics.

The Director of Workflow Engineering will oversee firmwide operational performance and will be responsible for building the next generation of our internal systems – including workflow automation, dashboards, metrics, and integrations between Filevine, Domo, and custom‑built software.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with developers to design and implement custom software tools, automations, and Filevine add‑ons.
• Identify inefficiencies and build scalable workflows that increase velocity, reduce friction, and drive measurable results.
• Oversee project management for all operational initiatives, including rollout, training, and change management.
• Build and refine SOPs across all functional teams for consistency and accountability.
