We are growing and looking for a Production Administrator who embodies these values and wants to be part of our Abbotsford Production team. As a Production Administrator, you will provide essential support to the Contents and Emergency team by managing administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, service‑oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete employee timecards daily for both the Contents and Emergency departments
• Maintain and upload supply sheets daily for the Contents department
• Provide backup support for the Emergency department for scheduling and dispatching and resolving problems
• Reconcile temporary labour invoices to timesheets and review invoice discrepancies
• Provide backup support to the Contents Administrator
