Job description

Centraliser les communications entre les inspecteurs, l'entrepôt, la direction, les clients pour améliorer l'efficacité du flux de travail, la productivité et la trésorerie.

Responsabilités principales

Coordiner avec les clients / techniciens et l'atelier pour établir la priorité des inspections à venir et assurer le transfert de communication.
Planifier les inspections dans les meilleurs délais.
S'assurer que le système ERP de répartition est régulièrement mis à jour avec les informations pertinentes.
Coordonner avec le département de facturation pour assurer une facturation rapide des travaux terminés.
Suivi des soumissions d'inspection non acceptées.

Qualifications

Compétences en communication efficaces.

Forte capacité à gérer les priorités.

Aptitude au travail en équipe.

Capacité à s'adapter à différentes situations et à trouver des solutions.

Excellentes compétences en matière de relations avec les clients.
