Base Pay Range

CA$90,000.00 / yr - CA$140,000.00 / yr

Main Responsibilities

• Lead engineering, automation and product development teams (across multiple locations) to upgrade existing and develop new products (conception through production) and manufacturing lines
• Drive continued development and implementation of our Quality Program, including Certifications across multiple locations and countries
• Manage multiple concurrent projects using standard and visual project management methods
• Collaborate with multiple business functions (including sales, marketing, supply chain, production, etc.) regarding product specifications, designs, improving our manufacturing capabilities, yields, design for manufacture, etc
• Manage the coordination and overall integration of technical activities in engineering projects
• Ensure designs, drawings and test specifications support successful manufacturing.
• Lead and facilitate problem solving in all areas of product development and manufacturing (mechanical, assembly, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrics, paint and test processes)
• Develop and / or implement policies, standards, or procedures for engineering and technical work.
