Controller

We are currently recruiting for a Controller for a Manufacturing client of ours in the Bowling Green area. As the Controller, you will manage and lead a team of 5 individuals and will report into a Site Leader and dotted line into the CFO of the organization. The Controller will manage the financial operations of our clients manufacturing facility, including invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, benefit programs, insurance, inventory, tax filings, cinancial analysis and reporting, forecasting, and more. This is a hands on position that will build a team and manage a team.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting
• CPA highly desired
• Manufacturing experience is a must
• Strong Financial background
• Must be US Citizen / US Perm Resident
• Must be within a commutable distanace to Bowling Green, OH
