We’re looking for a skilled Carpenter to join our high‑performance team specializing in advanced mass timber fabrication. About the Role

As a Carpenter in our manufacturing facility, you’ll fabricate key components of state‑of‑the‑art timber structures. Your work will involve mass timber products—including glue‑laminated beams, laminated veneer lumber, and dowel‑laminated timber—along with steel connectors, cables, castings, and integrated structural panels that arrive on-site ready for installation.

This is hands-on, detail‑oriented work where craftsmanship truly matters.

What You’ll Do

• Interpret and work from blueprints for beam and panel layout
• Perform steel fitting, sanding, and precision finishing
• Operate a variety of power and air tools (drills, skill saws, sanders,
• Package glulams and panels for shipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Support on-site activities including roof panel preparation, flying, landing, and stitching

Work Environment

You’ll work primarily indoors in a well‑ventilated, modern wood production facility on the north side of the shop. The environment is dynamic, collaborative, and equipped with specialty carpentry tools (training provided as needed).
