Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of QA experience , with 2+ years focused on Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning Components). Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Provar, TestComplete) and API testing (MuleSoft preferred). Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and testing frameworks (Apex test classes, TestNG). Proficiency in CI / CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git) and defect tracking tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps). Experience designing test plans, test cases, and automated scripts for complex Salesforce configurations. Ability to mentor junior QA analysts and collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams. Certifications in Salesforce or QA (e.g., Salesforce Tester, ISTQB) are a plus.
Overview NOTE : HYBRID work model, 1 day / week in Mississauga, Ontario Office Type : 6-Month Contract Skills : Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning), Automation QA, API Testing, Provar, Selenium, TestNG, Apex, CI / CD (Git, Jenkins), JIRA, Azure DevOps Industry : Health DESCRIPTION : You will lead end-to-end testing efforts for Salesforce implementations, ensuring high-quality deliverables through functional, regression, and integration testing. Your expertise in automation, Salesforce architecture, and Agile methodologies will drive efficiency and reliability across the QA process while mentoring junior team members. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Lead testing for Salesforce enhancements, custom Lightning components, and integrations.
- Develop / maintain automated test suites and validate Apex classes, Visualforce pages, and workflows.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives) and ensure QA alignment with deliverables.
- Document / track defects and provide actionable insights to developers and stakeholders.
- Uphold best practices in test automation, performance testing, and accessibility compliance.
