Your new role

As a Senior Enclosure Project Engineer, you will take the lead in evaluating, assessing, restoring, and retrofitting building enclosure systems acrossmercial, industrial, and residential sectors. You will guide projects from initial concept through to finalpletion, working directly with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.

Your responsibilities will include site investigations, developing building envelope rehabilitation programs, preparing technical reports and design documentation, and overseeing construction activities. You will play a key role in mentoring junior staff, contributing to business development, and maintaining strong client relationships.

What you'll need to succeed

Professional Experience & Qualifications

• Degree in civil engineering or materials science from an accredited institution
• 10–15 years of experience in building science and restoration
• Registration with, or eligibility for, EGBC
• Experience supervising and mentoring junior engineers or technical staff Consulting engineering experience is an asset
