Description

Your Impact will be

  • Develop and maintain robust and accurate end-to-end knowledge of processes and applicable procedures
  • Assist in the monitoring of project-related issues or escalations and build response strategies and actions to address issues
  • Facilitate the requirements gathering of customer workflows to complete the system designs
  • Utilize core knowledge to perform analysis of client workflow and processes. Generate recommendations to optimize usage and integration of various third-party software. Present recommendations to client and work with client to agreement on an implementation plan
  • Work collaboratively to assess impact of change requests for effort estimation and capacity planning purposes
  • Train the customers on the use of the software using a variety of platforms
  • Utilize a CRM system for issues tracking and resolution
  • Develop client facing implementation training manuals and guides
  • Assist in the monitoring of project-related issues or escalations and build response strategies and actions to address issues
  • Work with the project team to ensure on time deliverables for the entire project
  • Work with IT project teams and business units to help gather business requirements to aid in the design and development of software applications
  • Understand and meet Harris Healthcare goals regarding implementation, revenue, and performance metrics
  • Other duties as assigned

What we are looking for

  • Bilingual - French and English. The ideal candidate would be bi-lingual French / English as this role is expected to work closely with customers in the province of Quebec and internationally
  • BS or higher degree in a Clinical field preferred
  • Ability to travel to the client site up to 50% at key times
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including effective listening, strong presentation skills, and ability to convey complex information in easy-to-understand terms both in writing and verbally
  • Must adapt to varied situations and multi-task during complex implementations with varied priorities and objectives
  • A self-driven and resourceful individual who proactively seeks solutions
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills required
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • What would make you stand out

  • Workflow experience in the Quebec market
  • Healthcare workflow expertise as required by product line / modules with proficiency in at least one major module or product line
  • Previous experience in installation of health information systems preferred with a strong working knowledge of hospital operations
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, JIRA, Helix, Confluence, or other CRM systems
