Upcoming positions for Customer Service Representatives that are fluent in both French English! Work from home! Full time hours! Work in the telecommunications industry! Must be currently living in Canada with a valid SIN MUST BE FLUENT IN FRENCH AND ENGLISH Due to payroll requirements, all applicants be currently living in one of the following provinces: - British Columbia - Alberta - Saskatchewan - Manitoba - Ontario - New Brunswick - Novia Scotia - PEI Advantages of this position includes: - Direct-hire position - let us connect you with this career opportunity - $18/hour pay rate during training, $19.25/hour pay rate after training - Bonuses incentives programs - Health benefits: medical, dental, vision - Refer a friend bonus - Flexible schedule options - Room to grow advance - All equipment is shipped directly to your home - 100% work from home You will be communicating with customers through inbound calls identifying customer needs through active listening to answer questions, assist with troubleshooting or make product recommendations based on the customers need. Take payment, explain charges and help customers to navigate self-serve. All applicants must be currently residing in Canada and able to work full time (40 hours per week) on SIN. You will work 8 to 9.5 hour shifts, 5 shifts per week. Your shifts will fall between the hours of 7am and midnight Monday to Sunday. All applicants must be fluent in both French and English, have a high school diploma or equivalent, have at least 6 months of customer service experience, and have your computer hard-wired to the internet To speed up the hiring process, apply directly to this position with your resume as a Word Document or PDF (other formats will cause an error).
