Planificateur(trice)/Scheduler

Job Description

• Préparation de plannings détaillés d'ingénierie, d'approvisionnement et de construction pour des projets industriels et des propositions de projet.
• Élaboration d'une structure de décomposition du travail (WBS) détaillée pour des projets industriels lourds.
• Suivi de l'avancement du projet et mise à jour des plannings selon les besoins.
• Suivi de la valeur acquise et de la productivité des tâches d'ingénierie.
• Préparation de rapports relatifs à la planification des projets et aux activités planifiées.
• Visite des chantiers de construction pour mettre à jour les plannings détaillés avec les informations fournies par le groupe de construction et l'équipe du propriétaire.

• Preparation of detailed engineering, procurement and construction schedules for industrial projects and project proposals.
• Develop detail work breakdown structure (WBS) for heavy industrial projects
• Track project progress and update schedules as required
• Track Earned Value and Productivity of Engineering Tasks
• Prepare reports related project planning and scheduled activities.
• Visit construction sites to update detailed schedules with input from construction group and owners team.

Qualifications

• 5 ans d'expérience en planification et en gestion des horaires.
• Expérience de l'utilisation des logiciels de planification Primavera P6 et Microsoft Project.
• Solides compétences en Excel.
• Expérience de travail sur des chantiers de construction industrielle.
• Bilingue français et anglais (parlé et écrit).
• Solides compétences en relations interpersonnelles et en communication.
• Compétences en résolution de problèmes.
• Orienté(e) vers les détails et les résultats.

• 5 years’ experience in planning and scheduling.
• Experience using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project scheduling software
• Strong Excel Skills
• Experience working on industrial construction sites
• Bilingual French and English (spoken and written)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Problem solving skills.
• Details and results oriented.
