Unit Summary
The inpatient Acquired Brain Injury Program (ABIP) is comprised of two inpatient units which include three services : the provincial Neurobehavioural Rehabilitation Service, the Slow-to-Recover Service, and the Community Re-integration Service.
Position Summary
Working in collaboration with the Psychologist and / or Clinical Director, the Clinical Coordinator – ABIP will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and supervising the behaviour services provided by the program.

Qualifications
1. Masters Degree in Psychology preferred (Masters Degree in a related field will be considered)
2. Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) registration with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario
3. Extensive experience and training in Applied Behavioural Analysis
4. Minimum 10 to 15 years recent experience with individuals with acquired brain injury
5. Minimum (3) three to (5) five years experience supervisory experience
6. Demonstrated skills in leadership and training
7. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously & as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
8. Demonstrated problem-solving abilities
9. Ability to be flexible in work schedule in order to meet client and staff needs
10. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
11. Willingness to participate in a criminal reference screening process
12. Must be able to obtain a valid Vulnerable Sector Screen (VSS)
