WHY DOES THIS POSITION EXIST IN CCO

CCO is advancing a bold ten-year vision to activate multiplying leaders across Canada and around the world. The Stewardship & Development team plays a decisive part in this mission by securing the resources that fuel every step of evangelization.

As National Development Coordinator you will help shape and drive CCOs national development efforts from major gifts to annual programs to sponsorship to open the door for CCO to maximize our impact. We are seeking a mission-minded Christ-centred leader with a heart for evangelization.

WHAT DOES THIS POSITION DO FOR CCO

• Be a leading character in developing and executing the strategy and vision for CCOs National Development Program.
• Provide strategic input on solicitation and stewardship content including cases for support proposals impact reports acknowledgements and grants.
• Work with leaders across the movement to achieve CCOs fundraising goals.
• Partner with CCOs Programming Division to enable development in each CCO City.

SALARY RANGE : Full-time Annual Salary between $58498.15 to $72537.71 depending on experience and qualifications
