En tant que représentant(e) des ventes internes, tu joueras un rôle clé dans la croissance, le développement des relations et la mise en place de solutions qui font une vraie différence.

Ce que vous ferez :

  • Gérer ton territoire : Gère et fais croître un portefeuille de clients existants.
  • Développer de nouvelles affaires : Fais de la prospection, des appels à froid et convertis des pistes en clients fidèles.
  • Collaborer et innover : Travaille en équipe avec les autres départements pour découvrir de nouvelles opportunités.
  • Lancer et diriger : Soutiens le déploiement de nouveaux produits et les campagnes stratégiques.

Ce dont vous avez besoin :

  • Un esprit d’équipe et le désir d’apprendre et de réussir.
  • Un diplôme universitaire ou collégial.
  • Minimum 1 an d’expérience en ventes (B2B ou ventes techniques, un atout).
  • D’excellentes habiletés de communication à tous les niveaux.
  • Maîtrise de Microsoft Office; expérience avec Salesforce, un atout.
  • Bilinguisme français / anglais obligatoire.  (la connaissance de la langue anglaise est demandée puisque le poste nécessite de transiger avec des collègues, clients(es) et fournisseur qui sont situé à l’extérieur du Québec)

    What You’ll Do

  • Own your territory : Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers.
  • Drive new business : Prospect, cold call, and convert leads into loyal clients.
  • Collaborate & innovate : Partner with internal teams to uncover new opportunities.
  • Launch & lead : Support product rollouts and strategic campaigns.
  • What You Bring

  • A team-first mindset with a hunger to learn and succeed.
  • University degree or diploma.
  • 1+ year of sales experience (B2B or technical sales is a plus).
  • Strong communication skills across all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience is a bonus.
  • Bilingual in French and English is required (Knowledge of English is required, as the position involves dealing with colleagues, clients, and suppliers located outside Quebec.)
