Locations : Dartmouth, NS; Ottawa, ON

Salary : $55,000 to $65,000 per year (to be negotiated). Hours : 35 to 50 per week. Type : Permanent, full‑time, hybrid.

Responsibilities

Manage contracts
Manage training and development strategies
Research employee benefits and health and safety practices and recommend changes
Advise senior management
Provide customer service

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

2 to less than 3 years of experience

Computer and technology knowledge : MS Access; MS Excel; MS Outlook; MS PowerPoint; MS Windows; MS Word
