Responsibilities

• Respond to technical inquiries from internal and external customers via various communication channels
• Troubleshoot and diagnose product issues to provide repair support
• Record case details and actions taken in the Customer Relations Management System (CRM)
• Assist dealers with warranty processing and component failure analysis
• Provide general customer service functions, including order placement and pricing inquiries

Qualifications

• Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
• Bilingual in French and English
• 1-3 years of engine or mechanical experience
• Familiarity with electronic parts lookup systems and technical information environments
• Basic/Entry level proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a related Outdoor Power Equipment service support position
• 2-year Technical Vocational degree in related engine technologies
• Experience in a contact center environment
