Our Brantford location is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead day-to-day operations, drive performance, and uphold the standard of excellence Strickland’s is known for.

Your Impact
As Sales Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the dealership’s overall success. You’ll lead with strategy, vision, and integrity — empowering department heads, supporting your teams, and ensuring every customer experience is second to none.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide strong leadership across the following departments — Sales and Finance.

• Build, mentor, and support a high-performance management team.

• Set clear goals, monitor performance, and implement strategies to exceed targets.

• Champion an exceptional guest experience at every touchpoint.

• Maintain a positive, accountable, and inclusive workplace culture.

• Represent the Strickland’s brand in the community and with manufacturer partners.

• Adapt to changing market conditions and lead innovation within the store.

What You Bring:

• Proven track record in automotive dealership management (3+ years preferred).

• Inspirational leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and hold others accountable.

• High volume sales experience is an asset.

• High ethical standards and a hands-on leadership style.

• Valid OMVIC license and a clean driver’s abstract.
