Job description

Tasks

Configure, start, and adjust folding equipment according to production needs.
Organize and prepare batches of documents for processing.
Accurately complete administrative documents related to production (reports, tracking sheets, etc.).
Ensure that materials used meet the clients' expectations and requirements.
Perform general maintenance tasks on equipment when needed.
Maintain a work pace that aligns with performance goals.
Monitor the quality of processed products and address any anomalies.
Contribute to the onboarding and training of new team members.
Perform any other related tasks as required.

Job requirements

Experience in a manufacturing or printing environment (an asset).

Ability to perform physical work (standing, handling materials).

Good proficiency in both spoken and written French.

Ability to maintain high levels of concentration in a repetitive environment.

Quick problem-solving skills related to equipment or materials.

Strict adherence to quality procedures and production guidelines.

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
