Note : This position involves technologies regulated by the Canadian government’s Controlled Goods Program and the Contract Security Program. To obtain the required security clearance, candidates must be Canadian citizens or permanent residents, have resided in Canada for at least five consecutive years, and meet all program requirements. The starting rate for this position is $21.88 / hour. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including role, responsibilities, work experience, location, education / training, and key skills. RTX offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical and dental coverage, disability benefits, a retirement savings program, and tuition assistance through RTX’s Employee Scholar Program. Eligibility for specific benefits is based on factors such as position level, employment type, and business unit, and will be discussed during the hiring process.
