Job Details:
Capital Markets Associate Attorney
Responsibilities:
Advise on public and private debt securities offerings
Support a broad range of capital markets and corporate transactions
Apply knowledge of the Trust Indenture Act in transaction work
Collaborate with corporate and business law teams on complex matters
Draft, review, and negotiate related transactional documents
Requirements:
4+ years of capital markets and corporate law experience
Experience in the business/corporate group of a large law firm
Strong writing, drafting, and communication skills
Excellent academic credentials
Admission to at least one bar (New York preferred)
