In this role, youll play a key part in helping small and medium-sized businesses succeedwhile shaping the future of AI for local economies.

Your Impact

As a Technical Content Architect you'll work with Product, R&D, Learning & Development, and Knowledge Management teams to :

• Transform complex technical capabilities (like AI, automation, and APIs) into clear, contextual, and engaging content for a variety of audiences.
• Develop structured documentation, onboarding assets, workflow playbooks, and integrated information systems that drive feature adoption and understanding.
• Architect scalable and machine-readable documentation systems that align with Vendastas AI-powered platform and docs-as-code best practices.
