Job descriptionPerform skilled mechanical repair and maintenance of medium to heavy-duty vehicles, trailers, and specialized equipment Inspect, analyze, troubleshoot, dismantle, align, assemble, and adjust mechanical equipment and machinery to maintain efficient operation Lead and support shop team members, ensuring safety and quality standards are met Assist with diagnosing and repairing hydraulic, electrical, and engine systems Conduct routine maintenance and ensure all repairs meet company and industry standards Maintain accurate service records and documentation Promote a positive, safety-driven, and solution-oriented work environment Valid Alberta or equivalent Journeyman Certificate , or enrollment in the Apprenticeship Program CVIP License preferred, or willingness to obtain with company assistance Valid Driver’s License (Class 1 or 3 with Q endorsement preferred) Proven mechanical abilities in hydraulics, electrical systems, and engine repair Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Experience performing routine maintenance operations Must provide own tools Commitment to safety, teamwork, and excellence
