Responsibilities
- Operations & Closing: Preparation of journal entries, reconciliations (payroll, revenue, expenses), and support for month-end closing activities.
- Performance Analysis: Financial statement analysis, profitability diagnostics, and recommendation of corrective actions.
- Business Partnership: Collaboration across departments and presentation of results to operations to align financial and commercial goals.
- Planning: Active participation in budgeting processes and weekly/monthly forecasting.
- Payroll Expertise: Management of payroll reconciliations and related compliance.

Qualifications
- Education & Designation: University degree in Accounting or Finance. Enrolled in the CPA program or holding the CPA designation.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or financial analysis.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Power BI is a major asset.
- Bilingualism: Perfect bilingualism (French and English, oral and written) is required to support stakeholders across different regions.

"As the company conducts a significant portion of its business outside of Quebec, the incumbent will be required to communicate regularly with English-speaking stakeholders. Consequently, proficiency in English (both oral and written) is an essential requirement."
