Job Description

Select People Solutions is looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Temporary Receptionist to join our client's team in Wetaskiwin, Alberta. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, providing excellent customer service, and supporting daily office operations in a busy environment.

Compensation & Hours:
• $18–$20/hour, depending on experience
• Full-time, temporary position
• 4–6 week assignment

Position Summary:
• Greet visitors and clients in a friendly, professional manner
• Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and direct customers to the appropriate staff members
• Provide excellent customer service in person, over the phone, and by email
• Prepare and update documents, spreadsheets, and client records
• Perform general administrative duties, including filing, photocopying, and data entry
• Support team members with daily office operations as needed

Required Qualifications:
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Professional, friendly, and approachable manner
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a busy office environment

• Previous reception or administrative experience
• Previous experience in a customer-facing office environment
