Family Physician - Gender Affirming Care - Comox Valley Nursing Center (300-1168) (Locum Family

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Gender-Affirming Physician to provide locum coverage within our team-based (Nursing, Social Work) specialty care clinic. We are physically located in the Comox Valley and provide both virtual and in-person services to all of North Island and strategic communities.

Experience completing hormone readiness assessments and initiating/monitoring gender-affirming hormone therapy as well as surgical assessments in alignment with best practice guidelines, including the Trans Care BC Primary Care Toolkit and WPATH Standards of Care (SOC-8). Mentorship opportunities are available to support skill development alongside experienced gender-affirming physicians.
