Job Summary

We are seeking an Apprentice 310T Mechanic for a direct hire opportunity in Barrie, ON. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled truck and coach technician who wants to work with a modern, well-maintained fleet in a clean, organized shop environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose, test, adjust, and repair mechanical, electrical, and related systems on heavy-duty trucks and equipment.
- Inspect, test drive, and troubleshoot vehicle issues using standard testing procedures and computer diagnostic equipment.
- Perform routine and scheduled preventative maintenance according to manufacturer specifications.
- Repair or replace defective parts and ensure vehicles are maintained to safe operating standards.
- Maintain parts inventory, restock supplies, and support an organized shop environment.
- Complete repair and preventative maintenance records and perform emergency road repairs as required.

Compensation and Benefits

- Direct hire opportunity.
- $30 to $35 per hour, with compensation based on experience.
- Compensation is paid weekly.
- Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
- Overtime is available but not required.
