Software Test Developer Automation Quality

As a Software Test Developer, you will guide quality across the software development process. You will design automated tests, execute exploratory testing, contribute to product code, and participate in code reviews. You will also help teams identify risks, improve test coverage, and develop testable features.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the team’s overall quality strategy from the outset
• Design and write automated tests and automation frameworks
• Plan and execute exploratory testing activities
• Coach teammates on quality-related practices
• Communicate quality concerns clearly and compellingly

Requirements:

• Expertise finding defects and design issues throughout development
• High standards for software quality, performance, and security
• Coding skills in Swift, Objective-C, C#, or Java
• Scripting skills in JavaScript, Python, Perl, or PowerShell
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a technical discipline
