Entry Level Farm Equipment Operator

Operate farm machinery outdoors at various locations while building skills through training, with no previous experience or formal education required.

This Farm Worker position offers training for candidates who can work independently and collaboratively. Tasks include operating equipment, mixing fertilizer, weeding, and leveling earth to specifications. The work is physical, on site, and performed in dusty, noisy environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
• Level earth to fine grade specifications
• Mix fertilizer for farm work
• Complete weeding tasks across various locations
• Clean work areas after completing tasks

Requirements:

• No degree, certificate, diploma, or experience required
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Capacity to handle loads up to 45 kilograms
• Ability to stand, bend, crouch, and kneel
• Gloves and steel-toed safety boots
