Associate Software Test Automation Engineer

As an Associate Software Developer in Test, you will create reliable automation frameworks and perform manual and automated testing. The work includes Java, .NET/C#, JavaScript, or another object-oriented language, alongside Agile delivery. You will collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA engineers to define scenarios, investigate failures, and verify fixes. SOTI serves more than 17,000 enterprise customers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain reliable, secure test automation frameworks
- Perform automated and manual testing across product lifecycles
- Write tests for functionality, regression, performance, and reliability
- Investigate failures, document defects, and verify fixes
- Communicate testing progress, risks, and quality findings
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Two or more years in Software Development or SDET roles
- Working knowledge of an object-oriented programming language
- Experience with an automation tool or framework
- Understanding of testing fundamentals, defect management, and QA processes
